In 2011 we were a dairy farming family (along with other dairy farmers) that was facing financial hardship due to the price that was being paid for our milk and hard work.
We knew we were producing a quality product but the falling milk prices were proving tough to make ends meet, at the same time we watched as some of the fellow farmers in our community either fold their farm or diversify their business into other forms of agriculture and we felt this was unjust.
We felt we had a moral obligation to help our community and provide some sustainability to the industry we had been part of for three generations, so the idea Inglenook Dairy (the manufacturer) was born.
Since then we have worked closely with our farmers, baristas, restaurants and consumers to manufacture products that meet their taste and workability.
This constant pursuit of improvement has resulted in us receiving industry recognition, winning multiple awards for our products at the Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards, Royal Sydney Show, Australian Grand Dairy
